
Referring to the upcoming US presidential inauguration, he told the audience that they needed to be optimistic about the future no matter what came next.
"All right. Nerves. Angst. Worries. Pain. Panic. Fear. I’m not talking about the festival, although you might think I was. I’m talking about what’s going to be exiting the national stage on Tuesday," Fox News quoted him as saying.
"Change is in the air. Change is, of course, inevitable. It could bring good times. It could bring bad times.
"There’s no reason to think the times coming have to be so filled with dread that we can’t look for some sport of optimism and hope.
"There’s always some space for opportunity. I’m thinking this could be a very inspiring time for artists," he added.
